§ 01 · FIRSTHIRE

An employee you build, not a bot you rent.

FirstHire is an AI employee built for one organization — given a real name and persona, wired to your systems, and trained on your protocols. Your team keeps coaching it. It is not a chat widget with your logo on it.

POWERED BY REVSPARK MEDIA

Built and run by RevSpark Media — the team that runs patient-acquisition and booking systems for practices every day.

§ 02 · THE DIFFERENCE

A widget with your logo on it is still a stranger.

THE CANNED BOT FIRSTHIRE
A template, reskinned with your colors. Built for one organization, from the ground up.
Answers from whatever it scraped off your site. Answers from a playbook your team approved.
No name worth remembering, no voice of its own. A real name, a real persona, a voice that fits your people.
Dead-ends the moment a question goes off-script. Hands off to a human the moment it should.

One is configured to look like you. The other is built to be one of you.

§ 03 · THE PERSONA

It becomes whoever you need.

Same architecture, same hard guardrails — a different employee each time. Here are four we generated to show the range. Cycle through them.

SYNTHETIC PERSONA · AI-GENERATED PORTRAIT

AI, AND NOT HIDING IT

Meet Nadia.

WARM · CONCIERGE

Unhurried and gracious. She makes a nervous first-timer feel expected, not processed.

“Hi, this is Nadia — so glad you reached out. Want me to find you a time that actually works?”

Nadia will never

  1. Invent a statistic or fake a result. No number it can’t stand behind.
  2. Quote a price or a plan your team didn’t approve. The rest goes to your people.
  3. Give advice that belongs to a licensed professional — medical, legal, financial.
  4. Claim your insurance covers something. That routes to a human who can answer it.
  5. Pretend to be a person. Ask if it’s AI and the answer is yes, every time.

Every face above is AI-generated — the portrait, the name, all of it. No real person is depicted, and that disclosure lives on the persona, not buried in a footer. Provenance for each is committed in docs/evidence/.

§ 04 · HOW IT'S BUILT

Built around one organization. From the ground up.

Nothing generic ships. The persona, the playbook, and the guardrails are assembled for one organization — yours.

01

We build the persona with you.

A name, a voice, and a way of sounding that fits your people — decided with you, not pulled off a shelf.

02

We load your playbook.

Your services, your protocols, your answers — wired to your real calendar and the systems you already run on.

03

We set the guardrails.

Together we draw the lines: what it can say, what it hands to a human, and where it must never guess.

04

It goes to work — and keeps learning.

It starts handling conversations, and your team keeps coaching it for as long as you work with us.

A template gets your logo. FirstHire gets your protocols.

§ 05 · IT KEEPS LEARNING

Your team coaches it. It changes the same day.

Tell us how you want something handled — a phrase to use, a question to route differently, a service to describe another way — and it is in the responses that day, for as long as you work with us.

Coaching runs through your RevSpark team. There is no app to learn and no dashboard to manage.

You are not filing a ticket into a black box. You are training an employee.

§ 06 · WHAT IT HANDLES

The conversations that fall on the floor after five.

Answers inbound texts and calls.

The messages that would otherwise sit in voicemail until someone gets to them — picked up instead of missed.

Books and sends the link.

It reads your real availability, offers a time, and books it — or sends your self-booking link and lets the lead choose.

Answers from a playbook you approved.

Your common questions, answered in your persona’s voice, only from the material your team signed off on.

Knows when to hand off.

When a conversation needs a person, it routes it to your team with the context attached — it never bluffs past its limits.

It works the empty chair. Not your people’s chairs.

§ 07 · WITH YOUR FRONT DESK

It doesn’t replace your front desk. It covers what falls off it.

YOUR FRONT DESK

The check-ins, the judgment calls, the patients your receptionist and medical assistants know by name. FirstHire never touches that work.

FIRSTHIRE

After hours, and the overflow when every line is ringing and your MA is in a room — the messages that would otherwise pile up until someone gets to them.

The judgment calls, the hard conversations, and the relationships stay with the people who work there.

§ 08 · THE HONEST PART

AI, and not hiding it.

Ask FirstHire whether it is a person and it tells you the truth, every time. And the personas on this page? Every one is AI-generated — the face, the name, all of it. We disclose that on the persona itself, because the moment you hide what something is, you have already lost the room.

The honesty is the product, not the fine print.

§ 09 · QUESTIONS

The questions we get first.

Is this just a chatbot?
No. A chatbot is a script bolted onto a website. FirstHire is an employee: a persona, a playbook, guardrails, and a voice — built for one organization and coached by your team over time.
Do the people on this page work somewhere?
No. The four personas are demonstrations, generated to show the range of who FirstHire can become. Every portrait is AI-generated; no real person is depicted. When we build yours, it is a new persona made with you.
Will it give medical advice or quote prices?
No, by design. It will not give advice that belongs to a licensed professional, will not quote a price or plan your team did not approve, and will not invent a statistic. Those are not settings — they are hard lines.
Will it ever pretend to be a person?
Never. If someone asks whether they are talking to AI, the answer is yes, every time. The honesty is part of the product.
Does it replace our front desk?
No. It works the hours and the overflow your front desk cannot cover, and hands anything that needs a person straight to your staff. It works the empty chair, not your people’s chairs.
How do we train it?
You tell your RevSpark team how you want something handled — a phrase to use, a question to route differently — and it is in the responses that day. There is no app to learn and no dashboard to manage.
What does it cost?
That depends on the build and how you choose to run it. Book a call and we will scope it with you.

The empty chair has a name now.

Who would your patients meet?
